1 1/2 oz lime juice
1 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)
3 oz non-alcoholic margarita mix (such as Mr & Mrs T Non-Alcoholic Margarita Mix or similar)
Ice cubes
Lime wedge for garnish (optional)
Salt for rimming the glass (optional)
If desired, rim the edge of a glass with salt. To do this, rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, then dip it into a plate of salt to coat the rim. Set aside.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Add the lime juice, simple syrup, and non-alcoholic margarita mix to the shaker.
Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture.
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with a lime wedge if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Virgin Margarita!
