Virgin Bellini Recipe.

Ingredients:

2 oz peach juice or peach nectar
1/2 oz simple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
Sparkling water or club soda
Peach slice or raspberry for garnish (optional)
Ice cubes

Recipe Instructions:

Fill a champagne flute with ice cubes.
Pour the peach juice or peach nectar into the glass.
Add simple syrup if desired for added sweetness, then stir gently to combine.
Top off the glass with sparkling water or club soda.
Garnish with a peach slice or raspberry if desired.
