1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray
In a food processor, pulse chickpeas until coarsely chopped.
Transfer chopped chickpeas to a bowl and add breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the chickpea mixture into patties.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly spray the chickpea patties with cooking spray.
Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they're not touching.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the patties are golden and crispy.
