8 large mushrooms, stems removed
1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
½ cup fresh mozzarella balls, quartered
2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
Fresh basil leaves, torn (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix together quartered cherry tomatoes and quartered fresh mozzarella balls. Season with salt and pepper.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the tomato and mozzarella mixture.
Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is heated through.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the stuffed mushrooms.
Garnish with torn fresh basil leaves before serving.
