150g black pudding, sliced and fried
2 apples, cored and sliced
100g mixed salad leaves
50g walnuts, toasted
2 tbsp honey mustard dressing
Prepare the black pudding and let it cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine the salad leaves, apple slices, and walnuts.
Add the sliced black pudding.
Drizzle with honey mustard dressing and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately.
