200g black pudding, sliced
200g kale, washed and chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Olive oil
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add black pudding slices and fry until crispy.
Add kale and stir-fry until wilted.
Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil, sprinkle with chili flakes if using, and toss well.
Serve hot as a side dish or over rice for a main.
