Cerveza Preparada Recipe.

Ingredients:

6 Oz Mexican Beer (Like Corona)
2 Oz Clamato Juice
1 Oz Lime Juice
1 1/2 Oz Lemon Juice
Hot Sauce To Taste
Spice Mixture To Rim Glass


For spice mixture combine 1 TBSP coarse ground sea salt5 TBSP course ground peppercorns and5 TSP chili powder Blend together and store in an airtight container for up to a year

Recipe Instructions:

Pour spice mixture onto a small plate wide enough for the rim of a pint glass or beer mug to fit
.
Wet the edge of your glass with a lime wedge and roll the edge into the spice mixture until evenly coated
.
Fill glass with ice and pour in clamato juice, and the juice of both your lemon and lime
.
Fill the remainder of the glass full with beer
.
Add hot sauce and additional lemon juice to taste
.
Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.
