2 Large Eggs
2 TSP Whole Milk
2 TBSP Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
2 TSP Butter or Oil
Whisk eggs and milk until combined.
Melt butter in a 6 or 8-inch omelet pan.
Pour egg mixture into omelet pan and spread evenly.
Cook for 2 minutes until egg holds its shape.
Add shredded cheese to top of egg mixture and fold omelet in half.
Cook another 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool for 1 minute then serve.
