Amethyst Anchor Recipe.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Oz Spiced Rum
1/2 Oz Cr?me de Cassis
1/4 Oz Blue Curacao
Juice from 1 Lime
1/4 Oz Ginger Beer

Recipe Instructions:

Fill a tall collins glass with small ice cubes and pour in rum, Blue Curacao, Cr?me De Cassis and lime juice

Once settled pour in ginger beer
.
Top with just a splash of the Blue Curacao and Cr?me De Cassis
.
Serve with a straw and lime wedge.
