2 TBSP Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup Milk
1 TSP Honey
Place ingredients in to a glass jar and mix well.
Let settle for 5 minutes then mix again.
Cover jar and place in refrigerator overnight (or at least 2 hours).
When ready to consume, open jar and top with fruit or flavorings of choice.
Of course, that is a really simple for chia pudding but at only 195 calories per serving, anyone can see why they would help as part of anybody?s weight loss regime.
