1 TBSP Curry Paste
1 TSP Coconut Milk
1 TSP Almonds (Sliced)
1/4 Cup Diced Roast Chicken Breast
1/4 Cup Chickpeas (Rinsed)
1/4 Cup Fresh Spinach (Chopped)
1 Cup Cooked Rice Noodles
Add curry paste to the bottom of a mason jar.
Next add the ingredients in the following order, coconut milk, roast chicken, chickpeas, spinach, noodles and top with sliced almonds.
Close lid of mason jar and refrigerate.
When ready to eat, unscrew the lid of the mason jar, fill with about 1 cup of boiling water, reclose lid and wait for 4-5 minutes before consuming.
