1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Rib Celery (Thinly Sliced)
1 Scallion (Thinly Sliced)

1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a medium glass bowl until well and evenly mixed.
Adjust seasonings as required, place in the refrigerator for 45 minutes or until ready to serve.
