Chinese Cabbage & Mushroom With Sesame Seeds Recipe.


Ingredients:


2 1/2 TBSP Sesame Oil
6 Oz Shitake Mushrooms (Sliced)
4 Cups Napa Cabbage (Thinly Sliced)
1 TBSP Soy Sauce (Reduced Sodium)
1/4 TSP Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)
2 TBSP Sesame Seeds (Toasted)


Recipe Instructions:


In a large skillet over high heat, add 2 TBSP of the sesame oil and coat the pan by swirling.
Add the mushrooms and saut? For 4 minutes or until browned and beginning to release their juices.
Add cabbage to the skillet and continue to saut? For another 2-3 minutes until cabbage begins to wilt.
Remove skillet from the heat, mix in the soy sauce, remaining sesame oil and black pepper.
Serve in individual bowls with cilantro and sesame seeds, over cauliflower rice, white rice or rice noodles.
