4 LBs Chicken Wings
4 TBSP Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
2 TBSP Water
Juice & Zest of 4 Limes
1/2 TSP Kosher Salt
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
In a large slow cooker, put chicken wings in the bowl.
In a large glass bowl, mix together the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, water, lime juice and zest, season with salt and pepper.
Pour mixture over the chicken wings and toss wings to coat evenly.
Cover chickens wings and cook on high for 2-3 hours.
While chicken wings are cooking, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Once chicken wings are ready, lay wings in a single layer on lined baking sheet and broil for 4 minutes until they turn crispy.
Remove from oven, squeeze a little extra lime juice over chicken wings and serve warm.
