1 Cup Sugar
3 TBSP Corn Flour
4 1/2 Cups Milk
2 TSP Vanilla Extract
3 TBSP Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
In a small glass bowl, mix the corn flour, vanilla and salt in a little water, meanwhile boil the milk and sugar in a large pan over a medium-high heat, when mixture begins to boil, add the corn flour paste.
Cook mixture continuously stirring until the mixture thickens.
Add cocoa powder and mix until well combined.
Simmer for a few more minutes.
Pour mixture into dampened jelly molds or a 9x9 glass dish and allow to set in the refrigerator.
Top with fresh raspberries and whipped cream and serve.
