1 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 Eggs
1 TBSP White Sugar
1/4 TSP Salt
1 1/2 Cups Milk
1 TBSP Cocoa Powder
1 TBSP Butter
In a large glass bowl whisk the flour, cocoa powder, sugar and salt to combine.
Create a well in the middle and add the eggs.
Slowly pour in the milk in batches, whisking after each addition.
Allow the batter to stand at room temperature for 15-30 minutes until tiny bubbles appear on the top.
In a small non-stick skillet over medium heat, melt the butter, once melted add about 1/4 cup of the crepe batter to the pan, swirling to evenly coat the entire surface.
Cook crepe for 2 minutes, then flip and continue to cook for another minute until fully cooked.
Repeat with remaining batter.
Serve with your choice of fillings and toppings while warm.
