1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
Simmer the cup of water over medium heat.
Add sugar and cocoa powder and allow to reduce until syrupy, whisking occasionally.
Pour into a glass jug, mix in the vanilla extract and place in refrigerator to cool.
To use, add 1/2 cup of cocoa syrup to a 16 oz cup filled with ice and fill with seltzer water.
Serve immediately.
