1 LB Silken Tofu
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Cup Sugar
1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
1/2 TSP Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Graham Cracker Crust
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a medium glass bowl, crumble the silken tofu then add the vinegar, cocoa, sugar and vanilla extract.
Using an electric mixer, combine the ingredients in the glass bowl until creamy and evenly mixed.
Pour the pie mixture into the graham cracker crust, smooth the top and then cook in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven after cooked and refrigerate for 2 hours until fully chilled, enjoy cold with toppings of your choice.
