Cinnamon & Apple Breakfast Cobbler Recipe.


Ingredients:


6 Apples (Peeled, Cored and Chunked)
1 1/2 Cups Water
1/4 TSP Ground Nutmeg
1 TSP Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Buckwheat
1/2 Cup Medjool Dates (Chopped)
Pinch of Ground Ginger


Recipe Instructions:


Spray the inside of an instant pot with coconut cooking spray.
Add all ingredients to the instant pot and stir well to mix.
Sea, pot and select manual, setting the timer for 12 minutes.
Release pressure once cooked, remove the lid, stir to mix and serve hot.
