1 Cup Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Fresh Apple (Diced)
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1 TSP Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
1 TSP Maple Syrup
Place milk and 1/2 of the apple in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture into a mason jar and add chia seeds and remaining ingredients.
Close lid tightly and shake mixture until well combined.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight and consume!
