Cinnamon Pan-Fried Salmon Recipe.


Ingredients:


2 Salmon Fillets (Boneless, Skin-On)
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
1/2 TBSP Ground Cinnamon
2 TBSP Olive Oil


Recipe Instructions:


Over medium heat, add the olive oil to a non-stick skillet and heat until shimmering.
Add the ground pepper and cinnamon and stir to mix.
Add the salmon fillets to the pan, skin side up and cook for 5 minutes, flip and continue to cook for another 4 minutes.
Remove skillet from the heat, plate the salmon fillets and serve hot.
