Cinnamon Pecan Roasted Butternut Squash Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 Large Butternut Squash (Peeled, Seeded and Cut Into 1" Chunks)
2 TBSP Avocado Oil
2 TBSP Sugar Free Maple
2TBSP Swerve Brown Sugar
1 TSP Ground Cinnamon
1/2 TSP Ground Nutmeg
1 Cup Pecan Halves


Recipe Instructions:


Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly oil a baking sheet.
Place butternut squash chunks in a single layer onto the baking sheet.
Add avocado oil, maple syrup, swerve brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and gently toss to combine.
Place in oven and bake for 20-30 minutes until butternut squash is tender.
Add pecans during the last 10 minutes of cooking time.
Remove from oven and serve warm.
