1 Lime (Sliced)
1 Lemon (Sliced)
1 Orange (Peeled & Segmented)
1 TBSP Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)
1 LB Fresh Calamari (Tubes and Tentacles)
1/2 TSP Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
3 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
In a large glass bowl, mix the calamari, black pepper, lemon and lime slices, orange segments, garlic, olive oil, cilantro and lemon juice, toss to combine.
In a large non-stick skillet, over medium heat, add the calamari mixture and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
After 5 minutes, remove the skillet from the heat, divide the calamari mixture between 2 bowls and enjoy hot.
