Citrus, Crab Ceviche With Avocado Recipe.


Ingredients:


1/2 Cup Tomatoes (Finely Chopped)
1/4 Cup Red Onion (Finely Diced)
1 Serrano Pepper (Seeds Removed & Finely Diced)
2 TBSP Fresh Lemon Juice
2 TBSP Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 TSP Salt
1 Cup Dungeness Crab Meat
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro (Chopped Finely)
1 Avocado (Diced)


Recipe Instructions:


In a large glass bowl, combine the crab meat, salt, lime and lemon juice, serrano pepper, red onion and chopped tomatoes, toss to combine and evenly coat with the lemon and lime juice.
Once mixed well, place bowl into the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Remove bowl from refrigerator and gently mix in the chopped cilantro and diced avocado.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips, toasted bread tips or as taco filling.
