Clam Sauce Recipe.


Ingredients:


2 TBSP Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Onion (Finely Chopped)
1 Clove of Garlic (Minced)
1 (10 Oz) Can Chopped Clams (Juice Reserved)
1/2 TSP Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
2 TBSP Fresh Parsley (Chopped)


Recipe Instructions:


Heat the oil over medium heat in a large heavy skillet.
Add chopped onion and saut? For about 3 minutes until soft and aromatic.
Add garlic and continue cooking for an additional minute.
Add minced clams and reserved juices and bring to a steady boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes or until the liquid has reduced by half.
Add salt, pepper, fresh parsley, stir and use as required.
