Classic Gimlet Recipe.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Oz Vodka
1 Oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
1 Oz Simple Syrup or 1 TSP Sugar

Recipe Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice

Shake well
.
Strain into a chilled martini glass
.
Garnish with a lime wedge.
