2 Cups Mixed Salad Leaves
2 Green Apples (Cored and Quartered)
2 TBSP Walnuts (Lightly Crushed)
4 TBSP Oil (or 2 TBSP Walnut Oil)
1/2 Lime (Juiced)
3 Fresh Basil Leaves (Chopped)
1 TBSP Sour Cream
Pinch of Salt
1 Pint Salad Cress
Wash all of the salad leaves thoroughly and use a salad spinner to dry.
Add the crushed walnuts and apple, set aside.
In the bowl of a food processor, add the oil, lime juice, basil, sour cream and salt, process until smooth and creamy.
Place salad greens on a plate or in a serving dish, drizzle with the dressing, top with the salad cress and serve chilled.
