1 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 TBSP Sugar
2 TSP Baking Powder
1/2 TSP Salt
1 Cup Whole Milk
1 Egg (Beaten)
1 TBSP Butter (Melted)
In a medium glass bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add the whole milk, egg and melted butter and whisk briefly to combine the ingredients.
Working in batches, melt 1/2 TBSP butter over medium heat in a non-stick skillet.
For each individual pancake, spoon 2 TBSP of the batter mix into the skillet and cook until bubbles appear on the tops and the bottoms are golden brown, about 2 minutes, flip and continue to cook for 30 seconds more.
