2 Oz dark rum
1/4 Cup coconut cream
1/4 Cup club soda
Ice
Shredded coconut (for garnish)
Shake coconut cream until combined (separation is normal)

Combine Chambord, coconut cream, dark rum, and club soda in a blender

Add 2 Cups of ice (to start, you can add more if you'd like for consistency purposes)

Blend until mixed
