Coconut Panna Cotta Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 TBSP Unflavored Gelatin
2 TBSP Cold Water
1 Cups Coconut Milk
1 Cup Coconut Cream
1/3 Cup Sugar
2 TBSP Coconut Chips
1 1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract


Recipe Instructions:


In a small saucepan sprinkle gelatin over water and let stand for about 90 seconds to soften.
Heat gelatin mix over a lot heat until gelatin is dissolved and remove the pan from the heat.
In a large pan, bring coconut cream, coconut milk, and sugar to a boil over a medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
Remove pan from heat then add gelatin mixture and vanilla extract.
Divide mixture into several ramekins and cool to room temperature.
Once cooled place covered ramekins in to the refrigerator for 3-4 hours or overnight.
