Coconut Porridge Recipe.


Ingredients:


2 1/2 TBSP Coconut Flour (Sifted)
2 TBSP Flax Meal
3/4 Cup Water
1 Egg (Whisked Well)
2 TSP Butter (Unsalted)
1 TBSP Heavy Cream
1 TSP Stevia
1/4 Cup Berries


Recipe Instructions:


In a medium pan on a low heat, add the coconut flour, flax meal and water until it begins to simmer.
Once simmering, add butter and slowly whisk in the egg (add the egg slowly so as not to scramble it).
.
Next, add the stevia, whipping cream and berries, mix and serve in bowls while still warm.
