Cod With Spinach & White Beans Recipe.


Ingredients:


4 Cod Fillets
2 TSP Olive Oil
1 TSP Old Bay Seasoning
1 Clove of Garlic (Minced)
1 (15 Oz) Can Cannellini Beans (Rinsed and Drained)
1/4 TSP Salt
14 TSP Ground Black Pepper
1 (8 Oz) Package Fresh Spinach


Recipe Instructions:


Preheat broiler.
Rub the 4 cod fillets with olive oil and sprinkle with the seafood seasoning.
Grease the rack of a broiler pan and place cod fillets onto rack 5-6 inches from the heat of the broiler for 6-8 minutes or until the fish begins to flake easily with a fork.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat remaining oil over a medium heat.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add beans, salt and pepper, stirring to coat beans with garlic.
Stir in the spinach until wilted.
Serve cod with spinach mixture.
