2 Cups Water
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Espresso Coffee (Brewed)
1 Cup Seltzer Water
In a medium sized pan over medium heat, simmer 2 cups of water, 1 cup of sugar and the brewed espresso until it begins to turn syrupy.
Strain into a glass jug and cool completely in the refrigerator.
To use, add 1/2 cup of coffee syrup to a 16 oz cup filled with ice and fill with seltzer water.
Serve immediately.
