Ingredients:

2 Oz Cointreau
3 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
Orange Peel

Recipe Instructions:

Pour Cointreau into a rocks glass

Top with chocolate bitters
.
Add ice and stir briefly
.
Garnish with an orange peel.
