2 TSP Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cups Oats
1/2 Cup Ground Flaxseed
1/2 Cup Raisins
1/2 Cup Pecans (Chopped)
1 1/2 TSP Ground Cinnamon
2 Cups Whole Milk
1 LB Apples (Peeled, Cored and Grated)
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a baking sheet, set baking sheet aside.
Place all ingredients into a large glass bowl and mix very well to evenly combine.
Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet, making sure to spread evenly across the baking sheet and to press the mixture down firmly with the back of a wooded spoon or spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
Remove and allow to cool.
Slice into 16 squares and enjoy.
