1 Cup Couscous (Cooked)
1/4 TSP Salt
1/4 TSP Ground Black Pepper
1 TBSP Chives (Chopped)
2 Eggs (Beaten)
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
1 TBSP Olive Oil
In a medium glass bowl combine the cooked couscous, salt, pepper, chives and eggs and mix to combine.
Fold in the shredded cheese.
Form the mixture into round patties.
In a large saut? Pan over medium heat, place the couscous patties in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes each side until golden brown.
Remove from heat and serve hot.
