Cranberry Chutney Recipe.


Ingredients:


1 1/4 Cup Fresh Cranberries
1 Cup Red Onion (Chopped)
1/4 Cup Fresh Ginger (Minced)
1/2 Cup Raisins
1 TSP Garam Masala
1 TSP Cayenne Pepper
1/2 White Sugar
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Ground Turmeric
1/4 TSP Ground Cumin
1/4 TSP Ground Coriander Seed
1/2 TSP Apple Pie Spice
1/4 Cup Water


Recipe Instructions:


Place each ingredient into the bowl of a pressure cooker or instant pot, stir until well mixed.
Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
Release pressure for 10 minutes and then release all remaining pressure.
Using an immersion blender, blend all ingredients together.
Remove from pressure cooker or instant pot and allow to chill.
