1 Cup Steel Cut Oats
3 Cups Whole Milk
1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries
1 TSP Ground All Spice
2 TSBP Sugar Free Maple Syrup
Combine oats and liquid in a pot over medium heat.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer.
Continue to simmer until thickened (about 15 minutes) stirring occasionally and scraping the bottom of pan to prevent sticking.
Stir in chopped apples, cinnamon and maple syrup.
Serve warm.
