4 Oz Cream Cheese
4 Eggs
Place eggs and cream cheese into the bowl of a blender and blitz for about 1 minute until thoroughly combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium high heat with 1 TBSP butter until butter has melted.
Add 1/8 cup of the pancake batter to the pan and cook for 1 minute until the pancake begins to turn solid, flip and cook for another 1 minute.
Serve warm with honey, butter or heavy cream.
