8 Oz Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Salsa
1/4 Cup Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)
3 TBSP Mayonnaise
3 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
2 TSP Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 TSP Chili Powder
1/4 TSP Ground Cumin
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Ground Black Pepper
In the bowl of a food processor, add all of the ingredients and process until smooth, lump-free and well blended.
Transfer dressing to a container with an air-tight lid and refrigerator for 1 hour or until ready to serve.
Dressing will keep refrigerated for up to 4 days.
